Joey Chapin

Joey Chapin is an experienced professional in the real estate and acquisitions sectors, currently serving in acquisitions at Jars Residential Properties since May 2024 and previously as an Acquisitions Manager at TruAmerica Multifamily since July 2020. Joey has progressed through various roles at TruAmerica, including Senior Acquisitions Analyst and Acquisitions Intern. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Appian Corporation, where Joey delivered custom enterprise software solutions and managed a team focused on asset transfer applications. Earlier experiences include a summer internship at JARS Residential Properties, where Joey developed a property acquisition model still in use. Joey holds an MBA in Real Estate from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
