Pat Brennan FCA

Pat Brennan FCA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Pat began their career as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG from September 1993 to January 1996. After that, they worked as a Financial and Treasury Accounting Manager at Analog Devices from February 1996 to December 1997. From January 1998 to August 1999, they served as a Senior Finance Manager EMEA at PPG Industries. In July 1999, they joined Nortel Networks as a Finance Manager EMEA - Business and Commercial Finance, where they worked until January 2003.

In February 2003, Pat Brennan joined F5 Networks and held various roles throughout their tenure. Pat started as a VP Finance & Finance Director EMEA and later became the Senior Vice President Finance & VP Finance & Finance Director EMEA. During their time at F5 Networks, they were responsible for financial planning, analysis, and fiscal management of LOB/Regional P&L and Balance Sheet. Pat played a key role in developing and implementing business strategies, achieving exponential revenue growth, and maintaining high profit margins.

In March 2018, Pat Brennan took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Vo1t Digital Custodian. Pat led the financial agenda of the company, defining the overall financial business model and implementing robust financial frameworks. Pat also managed relationships with investors and successfully steered the Series A fund raise activity.

Later in 2018, Pat Brennan became the Chief Financial Officer at Trūata, where they currently hold the position.

Pat Brennan FCA has a diverse education history. In 1987, they attended Ulster University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance, focusing on Finance & Economics. They then went on to attend Queen's University Belfast from 1992 to 1993, obtaining a Masters in Accounting with a specialization in DPA (Masters) in Accounting. Subsequently, Pat Brennan FCA enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland from 1994 to 1996, earning the distinguished title of Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in the field of Accounting and Finance. More recently, in 2018, they attended the University of Oxford for a Blockchain Strategy Programme, further enhancing their knowledge in the field of Blockchain Strategy.
