Marco de Bos

Marco de Bos serves as the CEO of Pallieter Group B.V. since September 2020, directing a family holding company with four main divisions focused on B2B trading. In addition to this role, Marco holds multiple supervisory board positions, including Chairman of the supervisory boards of Heffiq BV, 4BLUE B.V., BUVA, and Truckland Group, as well as a membership on the supervisory board of Pala Group. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Solar Group and Managing Director a.i. at EST-Floattech BV. Marco's educational background includes advanced training in service profit chains, high performance leadership, change management, and mergers & acquisitions from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and IMD, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
