Scott Southron

Scott Southron has over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Scott currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at TruConnect, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to their current role, Scott was the COO and CFO at CarrierX from 2014 to 2023, where they played a key role in the company's growth and success. Scott also worked as the CFO at SpinMedia, a digital media/publishing company, and successfully led its recapitalization and sale. Scott has held various other financial positions, including CFO of eSolar and NWP, and Managing Director at Etonien, LLC. Scott began their career at The Walt Disney Company, where they served as the Director of Corporate Controllership. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and mergers and acquisitions.

Scott Southron attended the University of Southern California from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 1989, they became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Scott also attended California State University, Long Beach from 1982 to 1984, majoring in Business Administration and Management. In 2009, Scott received a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
