Irene Alderdice, CTDP, currently serves as a Senior Learning & Organizational Development Consultant at the City of Vaughan since September 2017. With extensive experience as a Certified Facilitator for various organizations, Irene has been involved with VitalSmarts, The Ken Blanchard Companies, and FranklinCovey, among others, specializing in training programs such as Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Additionally, Irene is a Learning Experience Designer and Facilitator, recognized for creating engaging learning environments tailored to diverse groups. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development from the University of Guelph, a Diploma in Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and a Certificate in Special Event Planning Management from the College of the Rockies.
