Marica Moore (She/Her)

Marica Moore serves as the Superintendent of Equal Opportunity for the United States Air Force, overseeing the Equal Employment Opportunity and Military Equal Opportunity programs, including personnel management, resource allocation, and budget supervision. Marica is trained as a mediator and facilitator, utilizing Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques for conflict resolution. In previous roles, Marica has planned and directed Equal Opportunity activities, developed educational programs, and provided resilience training. With a background in Security Forces, Marica has managed force protection duties, ensuring the security of personnel and resources. Marica holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and multiple degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Human Resources from various institutions.
