Allen Stadtmiller

Allen Stadtmiller is an experienced operations and engineering leader with a robust background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at True Digital Surgery since May 2022, Stadtmiller previously held the same title at Stryker, focusing on scaling operations post-acquisition of TMJ Solutions in April 2021. Prior experience includes the roles of Director of Product Development and Operations at TMJ Solutions Inc., Senior Director of Engineering at Cresco Labs, and Director of Technology at Freudenberg Medical, where responsibility for a $50 million silicone contract manufacturing division was established. Stadtmiller's earlier roles at Synthes included Development Operations Manager and Project Manager, while a foundation in engineering was built through positions at 3M. Stadtmiller holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
