Zachary Hellmann

Zachary Hellmann is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in culinary operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Culinary Operations at True Food Kitchen since March 2018, Zachary has previously held positions such as Senior Director of Culinary and Regional Chef at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Chef at Fox Restaurant Concepts and Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood, as well as Chef at Ted's Montana Grill. Early career accomplishments include serving as General Manager and Executive Chef at The White Chocolate Grill, Executive Chef at Santo Stefano Wine Making Club, and Chef at Top Knotch Catering. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America and an Associate in Health Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
