Paul Gozzo

Paul Gozzo is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the single-family residential (SFR) sector. Currently serving as EVP of Business Development at True Home since July 2022, Paul Gozzo leads initiatives for an end-to-end platform catering to SFR investors. Additionally, since March 2021, Paul Gozzo has contributed to Single Family Residential Asset Management, focusing on alternative investments in the SFR space. As a co-founder of Altru Building Group, Paul Gozzo emphasizes lot development and programmatic building. Previously, Paul Gozzo held senior leadership roles at RESICAP, including SVP of Business Development, where Paul Gozzo helped establish RESICAP as a key player in institutional single-family real estate investing. Paul Gozzo also served as the Director of Business Development at ResiHome, the property management arm of RESICAP, and held an official membership with the Forbes Business Development Council. Educational qualifications include a BA in English from Amherst College.
