Nick Johnson

Nick Johnson is a talent acquisition specialist with a strong background in recruitment and resource management. Currently, Nick works at True Manufacturing, where responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across production facilities. Previously, at ARCO a Family of Construction Companies, Nick managed full-cycle recruiting for college interns and co-ops and oversaw external candidates in the ATS system. Nick's experience also includes coordinating patient services at EVERSANA, focusing on procurement for rare disease medications, and working as a technical recruiter at KellyMitchell Group, where notable achievements include three successful hires in the initial months. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a focus on Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University, as well as an Associate's Degree from Lewis and Clark Community College.
