Troy Cargo has over 28 years of experience in the sales and restaurant equipment industry. Currently serving in a sales role at True Manufacturing since November 2016, Troy previously held the position of Principal at Advanced Culinary Systems from April 2008 to November 2016. Prior to that, Troy was President of Texas Hotel & Restaurant Equipment from June 1995 to February 2008, demonstrating extensive leadership and expertise in the field.
