Mark Graffagnino

Mark Graffagnino is an experienced construction and project management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Development Project Manager at True North Companies since August 2023, Graffagnino previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Construction at Lloyd Jones from October 2022 to August 2023. Prior to this, Graffagnino was a Senior Construction Project Manager at Dominium from January 2021 to October 2022 and spent over two decades as President of The Ashford Group, Inc., focusing on investment in multi-family assets with value-add potential. Earlier in the career, Graffagnino worked as an Independent Contractor providing construction management, project management, and cost estimating services from 1990 to 1999, and as an Associate Principal at Boyken International, Inc. from 1985 to 1990, specializing in cost estimating and project inspections. Graffagnino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained between 1980 and 1985.
