Rob Rawson

Rob Rawson has a diverse work experience spanning various security and defense roles. Rob began their career as a Combat Medic in the US Army from October 2005 to November 2009. Following this, they served as a Correctional Officer at the Chisago County Sheriff's Office from November 2009 to February 2011. Rob then joined the Minnesota Department of Public Safety as a State Trooper in February 2011, holding the position until January 2017. Afterwards, they worked as a Private Security and Defense Contractor at Confidential from January 2017 to February 2021. In 2018, Rob started working concurrently at Rozin Security and True North Consulting Group. At Rozin Security, they held various roles, including Threat Mitigation Specialist from February 2018 to March 2020, Senior Threat Mitigation Specialist from May 2019 to January 2023, and currently serves as the Vice President of Security Operations since January 2023. At True North Consulting Group, Rob held the position of Senior Security Consultant from February 2018 onwards. Additionally, they were a Red Team Embedded Consultant at Meta from February 2020 to February 2021, working specifically with Facebook. These experiences highlight Rob's extensive expertise in security operations and consulting.

Rob Rawson has a background in law enforcement and criminal justice. Rob attended Metro State University and Century College, where they pursued degrees in Law Enforcement. Additionally, they attended Park University and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. In terms of additional certifications, Rob is a member of various professional organizations including the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals (AIRIP), Association of Threat Assessment Professionals - Great Lakes Chapter (ATAP), Minnesota Organized Retail Crime Association (MNORCA), and ASIS International. Rob has also completed the MAX Security Manager Intelligence Training offered by MAX-Security Solutions Ltd. Rob holds certifications in Standard CPR/AED & First Aid from the National Health and Safety Association and is a Certified SIRA Instructor with Rozin Security. Rob is licensed as an Armed Protective Agent and a Private Detective in the State of Minnesota. Furthermore, Rob is an instructor for the Red Team Academy with Rozin Security.
