Currently serving as the Executive Director of Client Services at True North Inc. since 2002, John has held various roles that include Account Director at Bigfoot Interactive and Account Executive positions at both Think New Ideas and Wunderman Cato Johnson. John began their career as a Traffic team member at Ogilvy & Mather Direct, further establishing a strong foundation in client relations and account strategy throughout their professional journey.
