Erica Gilson

Erica Gilson is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions with significant experience in strategic leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director-M&A at True North M&A since October 2021, Erica leads initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and works closely with business founders in the lower middle market during their exit processes. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Managing Partner at Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. from October 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, supporting buyers and sellers, and managing strategic direction alongside investment banking teams. Erica holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
