Scott Thacker

Scott Thacker is a seasoned professional in the food safety and seafood industries, currently serving as a Product Specialist for Wild Alaskan at True North Seafood Company since March 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held various leadership positions at Trident Seafoods from September 2008 to March 2023, including Director of Food Safety and FSQA Senior Manager for RTE Foods. Earlier experience includes the role of Production Manager at Peter Pan Seafoods, Inc. from 2005 to 2008. Scott Thacker holds a Master of Science in Food Safety and Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University (2000-2004).
