Michelle Powers

Michelle Powers has a diverse work experience in team building and outdoor education. Michelle co-founded and directed TRUE NORTH Team Building, LLC, a team building and capability development organization. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Hawke Mountain Ventures. Michelle also worked as a Supervisor at the Town of Ridgefield Parks and Recreation and as an Outdoor Adventure Educator and Consultant. Michelle held the position of Senior Program Director at YWCA of Greenwich and Director of Sports Center and Ropes Course at Doral Arrowwood Hotel Conference Center.

Michelle Powers attended the State University of New York Cortland from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education.
