Scott Kress is the President of Summit Team Building, a global firm specializing in team building programs. Scott is a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society and a Brand Ambassador for lululemon. With over 20 years of experience in guiding expeditions, Scott is also a Certified Polar Guide. Scott has taught leadership courses at various institutions and holds degrees in Leadership and Training, Executive MBA, and Outdoor Recreation. Scott's work involves coaching, guiding expeditions, and facilitating team building programs.
