Dan Goudey

Dan Goudey is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain strategy and operations management. Currently serving as DVP of Supply Chain Strategy and Operations Excellence at True Value Company since April 2021, Dan has led a team focused on supply chain analytics, project management, and operations across Northeast distribution centers, achieving significant productivity improvements. Prior to this role, Dan spent over 12 years at Grainger, advancing from Continuous Improvement Manager to Sr Director of Global Enterprise Systems and Services, overseeing technology strategies and managing complex warehousing systems. Earlier experience includes Operations Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Co, where Dan managed shipping and packaging departments. Dan holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and History from Claremont McKenna College.
