Laura Altergott

Laura Altergott possesses extensive experience in customer support and retail management, beginning with a foundational role as Manager at J&L Gas Co. from 1982 to 1983, followed by a position as Shift Manager at Taco Bell. Since June 1985, Laura has dedicated their career to True Value Company, where the role has evolved from Customer Support Specialist to Senior Retailer Support Specialist. In the current position, responsibilities include advocating for retailers, supporting field sales staff, and providing valuable information to enhance store sales and growth within one of the world's largest retailer-owned hardware cooperatives. Laura holds an Associate's degree with a Fine Arts major from Wright Jr College and a high school diploma from Carl Schurz High School.
