Chuck Carlton

Chuck Carlton serves as the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at True Velocity, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Chuck was the Vice President of Operations at Orthofix from June 2015 to September 2020. Chuck also held the title of Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at Esco from January 2014 to February 2015, and served as the Associate Director of the UL Center for Continuous Improvement and Innovation/Master Black Belt at Underwriters Laboratories from July 2011 to December 2013. Earlier in Chuck's career, Chuck worked as a Lean Sigma Project Manager/Value Stream Manager at Medtronic Powered Surgical Solutions from October 1995 to July 2011. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ashford University.
