Caroline Sabetti

Caroline Sabetti currently serves as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at TrueBlue Inc., a position held since April 2020, and also holds roles as Chief Marketing Officer for PeopleReady and PeopleScout, along with serving as Senior Vice President of TrueBlue Communications. Prior to this, Sabetti was Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at PeopleScout from November 2016 to April 2020. Sabetti accumulated extensive experience at Staff Management | SMX between July 2002 and November 2016, progressing through various leadership roles including Vice President and Executive Director of Marketing & Business Solutions. Earlier experience includes several positions at Kelly Services, spanning roles from Regional Sales Manager to various management and implementation positions, and an initial career at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, culminating in roles at Hotel UMass. Sabetti earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and attended Northfield Mount Hermon.
