Victor Haine Takahashi

Victor Haine Takahashi is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. Currently, Victor serves as the Head of Software Engineering at TrueBuilt since June 2023. Victor co-founded INDEVS in February 2019, where responsibilities include being a Board Member. Additional roles include being an Investor and Software Engineering Advisor at Go Time Lapse and a Software Engineering Advisor at Upik. Victor served as CTO and Partner at Carbonext and co-founded Filme Filme, holding the title of CTO. Earlier experience includes various analytical roles at Itaú Unibanco and as a Software Engineer at Netcom Comercial LTDA. Victor is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Financial Engineering at Escola Politécnica da USP, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Univesp Oficial and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from FIAP.
