Saga Betts is an experienced professional in human resources management, currently serving as the Manager of People Growth & Operations at Truecaller since July 2017. In this role, Saga leads global People Growth initiatives and oversees People Operations for Sweden and the rest of the world, focusing on learning, talent, and performance development. Prior to Truecaller, Saga held various HR roles at Skanska from August 2013 to July 2017, including HR Specialist and Global Mobility Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing the employee lifecycle and coordinating international assignments. Saga's career began as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work, contributing to staffing and recruitment processes. Saga holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Uppsala University and has completed additional studies at The University of Edinburgh and Stockholm University.
