Kevin Shea

Kevin Shea has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Kevin started their career as an IT Intern at Klingensmiths Drug Stores in 2009 and worked there until 2014. During this time, they were involved in the deployment of new POS and Pharmacy systems and maintained HIPPA certification. In 2014, they joined POS Prophet Systems Inc. as a Client Services Representative where they gained experience in SQL scripting and software and hardware setup. In 2016, they joined TrueCommerce where they held various roles including System Administrator 1, System Administrator 2, Sr. System Administrator, and Cloud Engineer, DevOps Team Lead. Their responsibilities in these roles included overseeing system administration tasks, leading DevOps teams, and ensuring smooth operations of cloud infrastructure.

Kevin Shea attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Information Sciences and Technology, with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied Computer Information Technology at Lenape Tech. Kevin's earliest educational experience was at Ford City from 2006 to 2009, although the degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in 2021, the CS300 - Couchbase Server Administrator certification from Couchbase in 2018, and holds certifications in A+ and Network+ from CompTIA.
