Ava Gyurcsik

Ava Gyurcsik is a dedicated professional with experience in research, leadership, and nonprofit operations. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at TrueFiktion, an ed-tech startup focused on marginalized histories, Ava has honed skills in historical and policy research, design thinking, and curriculum development. Previously, as a Rights and Liberties Intern at The Sunwater Institute, Ava authored extensive analyses on freedoms across various contexts and produced numerous country summaries. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Chapter President and Administrative Vice President for Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, managing a large chapter and event planning. Ava gained a foundation in nonprofit operations through an internship with SOS Children's Villages USA. Ava holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet from the University of Cincinnati and is pursuing a Master of Arts in European and International Politics at King's College London.
