Julie Richards

Julie Richards currently serves as the Vice President of Legal at Trueline Infrastructure Solutions, where the focus is on delivering technology-enabled infrastructure services for the telecommunications and utility sectors. Previously, Julie held the position of Senior Vice President for Legal and Enterprise Risk Management at The Tarian Group and served as Vice President of Legal at HSS. Notable legal experience includes acting as Senior Assistant City Attorney for Infrastructure and Litigation at the City of Arvada, managing multi-million dollar public infrastructure projects and providing litigation representation. Additional roles include Senior Associate at Harris, Karstaedt, Jamison & Powers PC and Senior Litigation Attorney at Godfrey | Johnson, with a strong background in construction law and risk management. Julie holds a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
