Christopher L. has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at RadioShack until 2014, where they sold electronics. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Sales Associate at Tiger Direct, selling various electronic products. In 2015, they worked as a Wireless Consultant at Arch Telecom. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at 24-7 Intouch as a Netflix customer service representative and technician, providing basic network troubleshooting and assisting customers with account management. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Level 3/Help Desk Technician at Transworld Network, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for internet service issues. In 2019, they joined KnowBe4 as a Technical Support Engineer, focusing on cybersecurity and providing technical support for simulated social engineering training programs. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Invitae as a Security Operations Engineer, responsible for managing security requirements, conducting security tests, and creating system security-related documentation.
