George Van Wormer

George Van Wormer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. George is currently working at TrueML as a Senior Product Manager since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at TrueML from February 2020 to April 2021.

Prior to their role at TrueML, George worked at Baker Hughes as a Staff Technical Product Manager from December 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they held the position of Sr Technical Product Manager at Baker Hughes from July 2017 to December 2018.

George also has experience working at GE Oil & Gas as a Sr Technical Product Manager from December 2016 to July 2017.

Prior to that, George was the Founder of TransitHub®, a free mobile application that simplified and made public transit in New Orleans more reliable. George served as the Founder from January 2013 to January 2015.

Earlier in their career, George worked at Susco as a Business Analyst & Marketing Manager from August 2012 to August 2014. George also had a marketing internship at Susco from April 2012 to August 2012.

George has also worked at The Columns Hotel as a Marketing/Branding Manager & Offsite Event Manager from February 2010 to July 2012, and at Spirited Advisors as a Firefly Brand & Marketing Manager for Southern Louisiana from May 2011 to September 2011.

George Van Wormer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans in the years 2009 to 2012.
