Zachary Hawkins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Zachary started their career in 2008 as a Retail Wireless Consultant at U.S. Cellular. In 2013, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as a Licensed Agent and later became a Financial Services Professional at NYLIFE Securities LLC in 2014. Zachary then transitioned to TrueNorth Companies, L.C. in 2015, where they held various roles including Claims Advocate and RMIS Technology Specialist. In these roles, they provided claims support, managed system configuration and implementation, troubleshooted system issues, and trained clients. Currently, they serve as the Director of Client Services and is responsible for creating new business opportunities and assisting clients and team members in implementing technologies and services at TrueNorth.

Zachary Hawkins obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Kirkwood Community College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In August 2020, they acquired the certification for Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) from The Institutes.
