Tim Casto

Tim Casto is currently the CEO and President at TrueScan. Prior to this, they were with The Kleingers Group from 2016 to 2019, where they served as City Engineer for Wilmington, Ohio. In this role, they coordinated and assisted City staff with their day to day engineering matters, including the preparation of funding applications for public improvements, technical site plan reviews and delivery of capital improvements program.

From 2015 to 2021, Casto was also the Village Engineer for Glendale, OH. In this role, they again coordinated and assisted the Village staff with their day to day engineering matters. Tim also assisted with the preparation of funding applications for public improvements, technical site plan reviews and delivery of capital improvements program.

In addition to their work as a City Engineer, Casto has also served as the Director of Engineering and Transportation and Infrastructure Group Leader at The Kleingers Group. Tim has been in these roles since 2015 and 2012 respectively.
