Jeffrey Ketcham

Jeffrey Ketcham has had diverse work experience throughout their career. Jeffrey began their professional journey as a Touring Saxophonist for the Ryan Patrick Imming Band from March 2002 to August 2004. Subsequently, they worked as a Woodwind Repair Specialist at Hume Music Inc from August 2001 to December 2004. Following that, they served as an Underwriting Administrator at Hooper Holmes Inc from May 2005 to January 2008.

In 2008, Jeffrey joined NTT DATA Services, where they held multiple roles over the course of several years. Jeffrey started as a Life Insurance Customer Service Associate from January 2008 to January 2012. Jeffrey then became the Admin Quality Standardization Lead Representative from January 2012 to January 2014. After that, they worked as an Internal Audit Associate from January 2014 to January 2016. Lastly, they served as a Documentation Specialist from January 2016 to February 2020, responsible for creating and managing procedure documentation for life insurance company clients.
