Mike Hanna has a long and varied career in technology and business development. Mike began their career in 1994 as a Sales Associate at Lute Riley Honda. In 1997, they founded and served as CEO of Surreal Images, and also held the position of IS/IT Technical Marketing at Ericsson. From 2003 to 2011, they held several positions at Nokia, including Director of Business Development, Strategy & Technology Solutions, Senior Manager of Product Management, and Technology Marketing Manager. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Sr. Mobility Solutions Director at Accenture, and then Vice President of Business Development at Ericsson. In 2017, they became the CEO & Founder of TrueSpot, a technology creation company based in Grapevine, Texas.
Mike Hanna began their educational journey at Nimitz High School, graduating in 1991. Mike then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1994 to 1997, earning a degree in Economics with a focus in Business and Psychology. In 2000, they completed a Wireless Protocol course at UC San Diego, followed by a Wireless & Telecom Extension course at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. In 1999, they attended the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, completing a Graduate Marketing Program in 2000. In 2007, they completed an Executive Management Course at INSEAD.
