Drew Majkut

Drew Majkut has a diverse work experience with a focus on recruiting and talent management. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Andiamo Partners before joining Oscar Insurance in 2016 as a Tech Recruiter. In 2017, they joined Sidewalk Labs as an Associate Director, Talent, where they were responsible for technical hiring and covered specialty roles related to architecture, manufacturing, real estate development, and investing. In 2021, Drew became the Director of Recruiting at HQ, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, where they scaled the team to 29 employees and set up all recruiting infrastructure. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Head of People and Talent at Nabr, overseeing recruiting and people operations as a member of the executive team. Currently, Drew works as a Tech Recruiting Consultant at Whitespace.

Drew Majkut attended Connecticut College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and National Security Studies.
