Oleksii Masliiev

Oleksii Masliiev's work experience includes being the Head of Design at Truework starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Flexport from 2020 to 2023, where they served as a Product Design Manager and Sr Product Designer. In these roles, they managed teams, fostered an inclusive culture, and collaborated on strategic goals. Prior to that, they were the Lead Product Designer at Komatsu Mining from 2015 to 2020, where they led a team and implemented UX design processes. Oleksii also worked as a User Experience Designer at EPAM Systems from 2013 to 2015, and as a Freelance User Experience Designer from 2013 to 2015. Oleksii'searlier experience includes working as a Graphic Designer at Ukrainian Retail from 2011 to 2013.

Oleksii Masliiev obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Donetsk National University between 2003 and 2009. Oleksii also obtained a certification titled "Human-Centered Design: an Introduction" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
