Andrew Martell has over seven years of experience in performance optimization and digital support within the banking industry. Currently serving as the Performance Optimization Leader at Truist since September 2020, Andrew has held various leadership roles including Truist Premier Care Team Lead, Digital Support Team Manager, and Onboarding Coordinator. Prior to this, Andrew contributed to SunTrust from May 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included developing a team of Digital Support specialists and participating in the Call Center Special Operations Team.
