Lisa Rexroat Steele

Lisa Rexroat Steele is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Capital Enablement Officer at Truist since December 2019, Lisa previously held multiple senior leadership roles at SunTrust from November 2013 to December 2019, including Senior Vice President for Enterprise Technology and Senior HR Business Partner for diverse corporate functions. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked at Caesars Entertainment as Vice President of Human Resources and at Fifth Third Bank in various senior HR roles, overseeing key business lines and regional operations. Lisa began their career at Arthur Andersen LLP and has foundational experience from positions at Fifth Third Bank and ADP, Inc. Lisa holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati.
