Monica Vasquez

Monica Vasquez currently serves as Senior Vice President and Care Center Director at Truist since September 2023. Prior to this role, Monica held various leadership positions at USAA from January 2004 to March 2024, including Assistant Vice President of Bank Sales and Service, where leadership focused on enhancing productivity and member experience across Retail and Consumer Lending Bank Service teams. Additionally, Monica served as Assistant Vice President of Insurance Sales and Service, driving non-traditional Property & Casualty products with a team of over 600 employees. Monica also held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources, responsible for strategic oversight in talent planning and development. Monica earned a Master of Business Administration in International/Global Studies from Regis University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Angelo State University.
