Precious Q.

Precious Q. has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Precious started their career in 1998 at Pepsi Beverages Company as a Team Leader and worked there until 2001. Precious then joined Aon Consulting as a Team Manager/Implementation Project Manager from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they joined National General Insurance, where they held multiple roles, including Claims Operations - Contact Center Supervisor from 2005 to 2006, Claims Operations - BPO Manager from 2006 to 2011, and Claims Operations - Global Contact Center Manager from 2006 to 2013.

Since 2013, they have been working at Truliant Federal Credit Union in various positions. Precious started as an Operations Manager in the Member Contact Center from 2013 to 2014. Precious then became the Director of Member Experience, Member Contact Channels from 2014 to 2017.
