Mina Kim

Mina Kim is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Trulioo since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mina held the position of Legal Counsel - Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures at TELUS, where responsibilities included negotiating M&A transactions with an emphasis on HealthTech, leading a $500M carve-out divestiture, and advising on equity financing transactions for TELUS Ventures. Previous experience includes working as a Lawyer and Corporate Records Manager at Synergy Business Lawyers LLP from March 2015 to December 2020. Mina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of British Columbia, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with concentrations in Marketing and International Business from the Sauder School of Business, also at The University of British Columbia, complemented by an exchange program at Singapore Management University.
