Don Howe

Don Howe has worked for a number of companies since 1997. Don'swork experience includes a range of roles from CNC Machine Operator at Whitehall Industries to Chief Operating Officer at Truly Free. In 1997, they began working at Whitehall Industries as a MFG Engineering Manager, Lean MFG Coordinater, Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, and Quality Technician. In 2015, they joined Century Inc. as Vice President Century Specialties, Chief Strategy Officer, Operations Manager, and Senior Quality Engineer. In 2021, they became Chairman of the Board at the Grand Traverse Area Manufacturing Council and a Board Member at Traverse Connect. Don also became a Board Member at Newton's Road in 2020.

Don Howe has a diverse educational background. Don obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ferris State University between 2014 and 2017. During that same time period, they also attended Northwestern Michigan College to study Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, Howe earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from West Shore Community College in 2010, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2017, they completed a Master's of Science in Operations Management from Kettering University, and in 2021, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the same institution. Howe also holds three certifications: Master Financial Coach from Ramsey Solutions (2021), Six Sigma Green Belt from Northwestern Michigan College (2016), and Management Skills from West Shore Community College (2011).
