Colin Severn

Colin Severn has extensive work experience in the financial sector, specifically in the real estate industry. Colin began their career in 1999 as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young. In 2002, they joined Standard Pacific Homes as their Manager of Financial Reporting. Colin then moved on to William Lyon Homes in 2003, where they held the position of Financial Controller until 2009, and subsequently became the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Severn served as the Chief Financial Officer at Contour, a privately-held real estate firm. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Trumark Homes, starting in 2023.

Colin Severn attended Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics from 1992 to 1996. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Accounting/Finance.
