Kelly Ladner's work experience includes various roles in the medical technologies industry. In 2021, they co-founded and became the CEO of truMED LLC, a medical technologies company focused on improving outcomes for obesity treatment. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as a self-employed medical technologies and market consultant. From 2019 to 2019, they served as the Global Director of Market Development at TransEnterix, Inc, where they played a key role in global growth strategies for the Senhance surgical platform. From 2014 to 2019, they held the position of Advanced Energy Director at Applied Medical, where they were responsible for promoting the implementation of advanced surgical energy products. Earlier in their career, they owned a business called Deep South, LLC from 2012 to 2014. Kelly began their career as a Wildlife Science Technician for USDA/APHIS Wildlife Services from 1995 to 2000.
Kelly Ladner attended Auburn University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Wildlife Sciences with a focus on Wildlife Biology.
