Jeff Stancroff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, project management, and customer service within the robotics and automation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product and Project Manager and previously as a Business Development Manager - Technical Services at TRUMPF North America since February 2018, Jeff has a strong background from KUKA Robotics, where positions included Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Field Service Engineer, and Machine Tool Electrician over a 20-year span. Key achievements include enhancing customer satisfaction and gross profit margins through employee training initiatives, designed and implemented a new Assembly/Commissioning area to boost efficiency, and participated in quality and safety committees to optimize internal processes and maintain standards.
