Oliver Maassen

Oliver Maassen currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at TRUMPF. Prior to this, they were Geschäftsführer at Pawlik Consultants GmbH from January 2013 to March 2017. Before that, they were with UniCredit, first as Head of HR Integration from January 2005 to December 2007, and then as Executive Vice President from January 2007 to December 2009. Oliver also served as Bereichsvorstand Personal at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit Bank AG from January 2009 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, they were with Bayerische Vereinsbank as Leiter Personalmarketing from January 1991 to December 1997, and HVB as Head of Talent Center from January 1998 to December 2005.

They work with Lars Grünert - CFO, Heinz-jürgen Prokop - CEO, Machine Tools, and Mathias Kammüller - CDO. Oliver Maassen reports to Nicola Leibinger-Kammüller, CEO.
