Kristina Julm

Kristina Julm has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kristina began their career in the food and beverage industry, working as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Golden Tulip Hotel Lion d'Or from 2010 to 2011. Kristina then transitioned to the hospitality sector, starting as a Food & Beverage waitress at Celtic Ross Hotel in 2008.

Kristina gained valuable experience in guest relations and management during their internships at The Westin Beijing Financial Street as a Rooms Division Manager in 2013 and at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center as a Duty Manager in 2014.

Kristina further strengthened their administrative and customer service skills as an Office Administrator / Management Assistant at PPHE Hotel Group from 2017 to 2019, where they also supported the Executive Management team. In 2014, Kristina worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, where they supervised front desk operations and ensured high standards of guest service.

Kristina then focused on the recruitment field, starting as a Recruitment Specialist at The Food Recruiters in 2021. Kristina moved on to True-Capital Executive Search B.V. in 2019, initially as an Office Manager and then as a Junior Research Associate. Kristina contributed to finding top talents and filling key positions for clients in the flavors, ingredients, and agri-commodities industry.

Currently, Kristina is working as a Recruitment Business Partner at Your Talent Agency, where they specialize in hiring exceptional tech talent for hyper-growth tech scale-ups in the Netherlands.

Throughout their career, Kristina has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries and roles while consistently delivering high-quality results.

Kristina Julm's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Hotel Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Estonian Business School from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on International Business Administration. Additionally, Kristina attended Tallinna Lilleküla Gymnasium (VWO in NL) from 1996 to 2008, where they obtained their Abitur degree.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kristina has obtained several certifications. Kristina holds a Level 1 in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), which they acquired in June 2012. Kristina also possesses a driver's license from the Republic of Estonia Road Administration, obtained in January 2009. Furthermore, Kristina is a certified TeamGym coach from the Estonian Gymnastic Federation, earned in May 2007, and holds a lifeguard certification from AS G4S Estonia, obtained in April 2007. Most recently, in September 2021, they completed a First Aid Baby's and Children course from Het Oranje Kruis.
