Francisco Martins

Francisco Martins has extensive experience in systems integration and engineering within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Solutions Integrator at Truphone since December 2014. Responsibilities include designing new solutions and services to enhance business value and conducting technical analyses of business requirements. Previously, in roles such as Business & Operations Support Systems Core Engineer, TOC BO Engineer, and TOC FO Engineer, Francisco managed problem resolution processes, provided training, and supported customer fault troubleshooting. Prior experience includes a position as a Network Operations Engineer with Nokia Siemens Networks from January 2010 to November 2014. Francisco holds educational credentials from ISCSP-ULisboa, where studies were completed in June 2009.
