Veron Mercado

Veron Mercado has extensive experience in credit control and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Credit Controller at Truphone since April 2011, responsible for customer communications regarding payment requests and invoicing. Previously, Veron worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at iQor from December 2008 to November 2010, where responsibilities included managing aged invoices for AMEX cardholders, providing payment solutions, educating customers on credit health, and ensuring compliance with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Veron also possesses expertise in skip tracing to locate delinquent customers. Veron holds a degree from Rizal Technological University, earned between 1999 and 2005.
