Rebecca Elkins has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Rebecca began their career in 1978 as a Credit Department/Credit Analyst at Cumberland Bank & Trust Company/Dominion Bank. Rebecca then served as a Compliance Officer/Lending Officer at Premier Bank from 1991 to 2001. Rebecca worked as a Vice President at First Virginia Bank / BB&T from 2001 to 2005. Currently, they hold the position of Credit Administrator/Vice President at TruPoint Bank since 2005.

Rebecca Elkins attended the University of Pikeville from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Accounting with a focus on Business Administration.
