Tim Klem

Tim Klem has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tim is currently the Finance Transformation Program Lead at TruQua, an IBM Company, since November 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Vendor Operations at Reynen Court LLC. From 2016 to 2019, Tim was a Principal Consultant and Practice Lead at TruQua Enterprises. Before that, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Independent Consultant in EPM/SaaS enterprise architecture. In 2013, Tim held two positions at RedMart. Tim was the VP of Operations Technology, leading the team in designing technological innovations within the company's e-commerce logistics platform. Additionally, they served as the VP of Operations, overseeing day-to-day operations and warehouse expansion. From 2012 to 2013, Tim worked as a Freelance SAP Consultant. Prior to that, they were the EPM Practice Lead for Southeast Asia at SAP from 2008 to 2012, managing consulting business and multiple client projects. Tim also held the position of Director of Services at OutlookSoft Singapore from 2005 to 2008 and a Managing Consultant at StrategicApps Consulting from 2001 to 2005. Finally, their earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at Webvan, where they designed and managed logistics systems. Through these roles, Tim has gained expertise in finance transformation, vendor operations, consulting, and technology management.

Tim Klem obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Yale University in the years 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing it between 1995 and 1997.
